Twice each year, Ronald McDonald House® Lexington hosts Pop Tab Palooza at our House, inviting our community to “Pop It & Drop It” by bringing the tabs they’ve collected and joining us for a fun, free event. Pop Tab Palooza is proudly sponsored by Cohen Recycling and Big Blue Junk Removal, our partners who help us haul and recycle millions of pop tabs each year.

Supporters drop their pop tabs into our oversized collection boxes while enjoying food, family-friendly activities, giveaways, and guided tours of the House. It’s a joyful way to see firsthand how something small, like a pop tab, can add up to meaningful support for families.
Also, thanks to our recycling partner Cohen Recycling, all pop tabs collected during these events are matched – doubling the impact of your donation. Together, we turn everyday aluminum into comfort and care for families when they need it most.
